Aura Food was founded from the heart of Nakhon Ratchasima province (Korat), a hometown rich in tradition and culture. As locals, we've proudly produced ready-to-cook Pad Mee Korat for a decade using the province’s beloved Korat rice noodles—a product that has been in Korat for generations. As the trusted manufacturer for a popular brand in the market, we have expertise in ready-to-cook rice noodles with more than 10 years of experience. We have our own secret recipe and innovation in crafting noodles that are soft and chewy, cook quickly, microwave-ready, not mushy – perfect for today’s fast-paced world. With our commitment to quality, we’ve refined our production process to create noodles that meet the international quality standards without the use of oil in the production process, ensuring they are healthy and export-ready.
We also take pride in supporting our community.
